NBA 2K23 released the ratings of top NBA players for the upcoming edition of the game, NBA 2K23 on Tuesday. The official release of the game is scheduled for September 9, 2022. 

Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks leads all players with a 97 overall rating. He also equals his highest ratings from the 2021 edition of the game. Many players followed the greek-freak for the second spot. Brooklyn Nets’ Kevin Durant, 2022 NBA Finals MVP, Steph Curry, Lakers’ Lebron James, current league MVP Nikola Jokic and Philadelphia 76ers’ Joel Embiid, all have a rating of 96.

Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic has a solid rating of 95 and is the only player to hold that rating number. He is followed by Los Angeles Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard, who despite missing the entirety of the last season, gets an impressive 94 rating.

Three players hold the next highest rating of 93. They are Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies, last season’s Larry Bird Eastern Conference finals MVP, Jayson Tatum and Miami Heat’s Jimmy Butler.
