The Milwaukee Bucks will look at bouncing back in the 2021-22 NBA after a blowout loss to the Miami Heat in the previous match. The defending champions will take on the San Antonio Spurs at the latter’s home stadium AT&T Centre on Saturday.

The Bucks took on the Miami Heat without key players like Brook Lopez and Jrue Holiday. The team struggled throughout that match and only 38.1% of their shooting attempts ended up in the bucket. The team ended up losing 95-137 to Miami Heat.

Bucks also have plenty of injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s match. The team will once again play without Brook Lopez. Bobby Portis, Semi Ojeleye and Donte DiVincenzo will also not be available for the game. Jrue Holiday and Rodney Hood, on the other hand, are listed as probable.

Bucks could make a few changes to the starting lineup from the previous game, depending on Holiday’s availability. If he is cleared to play the game, he will most likely start on the backcourt alongside Grayson Allen. Khris Middleton, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Pat Connaughton will complete the rest of the lineup.

Meanwhile, Spurs too lost their previous match to the Denver Nuggets 96-102. Unlike the Bucks, Spurs have only two players listed on their injury reports – Devonte Cacok and Zach Collins. They are unlikely to make any major changes to their lineup.
