Wil Lutz delivered a clutch field goal as his New Orleans Saints tied the game late into the fourth quarter against the Minnesota Vikings. The FG tied the game, 25-25 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Chris Olave, Latavius Murray and Taysom Hill scored touchdowns for the Saints. Olave scored his maiden TD in the second quarter of the game while Murray and Hill rushed for their respective scoring plays in the third and fourth quarters.

The Vikings won the game, 28-25 and remain on top of the NFC North, ahead of the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions.

Punter Wil Lutz ended the game with 1/2 for 60 yards but missed a last-second 61-yard field goal attempt as Vikings held on to their three-point lead, emerging victorious in this nail-biting encounter.

Earlier on in the game, running back Alexander Mattison opened the scoring for the Vikings in the first quarter. However, Olave responded with a touchdown of his own, which also was his maiden one in the NFL.

The Vikings led, 13-7, going into the second half.

The Saints have underperformed with a good enough squad this season. The team was missing the services of their running back Alvin Kamara, who was ruled out of the game after a rib injury in the game earlier in the season opener against the Atlanta Falcons. The team won that game 27-26 but then lost two straight games against the Carolina Panthers and their arch-rivals Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The loss propelled the team from the New Orleans city at the bottom of the NFC South with just a solitary win and three losses by the end of Week 4.

Quarterback Andy Dalton, who is replacing regular QB Jameis Winston, had a decent game in the player’s absence. He finished with 20 completed passes in 28 attempts for 236 yards and a passing TD.
