Daboll was furious at the referee on the sidelines, and the Giants’ head coach threw his headset in frustration. He felt that the flag was extremely late and hence the call was also not justified.

The Giants are 7-3 this season and are having a great turnaround year. They have had many years playing in the National Football League where they have performed mediocre and even failed to make it to the Super Bowl. They last won the Lombardi trophy in 2011. The Giants have been surprising opponents all season, a far cry from last year’s 4-13 record.

The Philadelphia Eagles lead the NFC East with a 9-1 record, and the Washington Commanders have also turned things around with a positive record. The Commanders are currently 6-5 with a great chance to qualify for the postseason.

For Daboll, it is his first position as head coach, and he took over after leaving the Buffalo Bills at the end of last season. Daboll was the Bills’ offensive coordinator, but he has extensive NFL experience.

Daboll has now worked for seven NFL teams, an impressive feat considering he is only 47 years old. He was even a quarterbacks coach for the Giants’ city rivals, New York Jets.

At the end of the first half, New York is surprisingly ahead of their opponents. Running back Saquon Barkley had rushed for 29 yards in eight attempts and scored a TD while for the Cowboys, it has not been a great game so far as QB Dak Prescott has thrown two interceptions while completing 10 of his 16 passes for 116 yards.
