The New York Giants are set to play against the Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round of the 2023 NFL Playoff on Saturday at Lincoln Financial Field, Philadephia. The weather in Philadelphia is unlikely to impact the game but it will be a cold one with low winds.

There will be no rain or snow, with forecast precipitation probabilities near absolute zero, according to the National Weather Service.

Daytime temperatures are expected to be mostly in the low 40s, dropping into the mid-30s during the game.

Don’t expect the wind to play a role in the games as the expected high is 6 mph.

The teams are set to renew their historic rivalry. This is the first time the teams will meet in the playoffs since the 2000 season, when the Giants winning the first two matchups (1981, 2000) and the Eagles winning the past two matchups (2006, 2008).

Philadelphia secured the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs by finishing with the best record in the conference (14-3), while the Giants were the No. 6 seed in the playoffs (9-7-1) and advanced to the divisional round for the first time since winning Super Bowl XLVI in the 2011 season.

The Eagles won both matchups, 48-22 in Week 14 and 22-16 in Week 18, however, the Giants rested their starters in Week 18 because it was already locked into the No. 6 seed in the NFC.

Jalen Hurts is coming off two weeks of rest after the sprained shoulder, but was not on the injury report all week. The quarterback is expected to be good to go for Saturday. After Daniel Jones recorded one of his best performances in Minnesota, he will try to lead Big Blue to an upset at Lincoln Financial Field. The winner will advance to next Sunday’s NFC Championship Game.
