1) Jimmy Garoppolo continues his rule over Arizona

Today was just the fourth time in Jimmy G‘s eight-year NFL career that he threw four touchdowns. Out of this, three of the times, the opponents have been Arizona Cardinals. It is also the first time since 2019 that Garoppolo threw more than three TDs in a game. He was surely helped by his receivers and tight ends and was effective on the night, completing 20 of his 29 passes for 228 yards.

2) Fan favourite George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk shine on the night

Kittle‘s jersey was second most popular in Mexico, trailing just Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen. He was met with much fanfare when he met Mexican wrestler Pentagon Jr. The tight end did not disappoint his fans, receiving two TD passes for 84 yards in four receptions. WR Aiyuk was not far behind. He caught only two passes on the night but both of them were in the form of endzone passes for a total of 20 yards.

3) Arizona surely misses Murray

QB Murray missed his second straight game due to a hamstring injury. His team surely missed him on a grand night in the Latin American nation as both their alternate quarterbacks Colt McCoy and Trace McSorley threw interceptions in the game. They also had a very poor rushing game, running only for 687 yards in the game to the 49ers’ 157 yards.
