The Buffalo Bills defeated Super Bowl winners Los Angeles Rams at their home on Thursday night. Sean McDermott and co won 31-10. 

Bills quarterback Josh Allen passed for 297 yards while accounting for four touchdowns. The 26-year-old went 26 for 31 despite two interceptions. He also rushed for 56 yards, scrambling for a 4-yard TD when he stretched the ball over the line with 13:27 to play.

Rams’ wide receiver Cooper Kupp and Buffalo linebacker Von Miller were the other top performers from the game. 

Here is a list:

1)  Josh Allen (Buffalo Bills): The QB guided his team to their first victory of the season. The 26-year-old three touchdown passes and scored one himself.

“There’s a lot to learn, but that second half, that’s who we want to be, going out there and executing that way,” Allen said. “We were 90% on third down. That’s a recipe for success.”

2) Cooper Kupp (Los Angeles Rams): The top-performer for the Rams was their high-rater wide receiver Coooper Kupp. The reigning Super Bowl MVP had 13 catches for 128 yards and a touchdown.

3) Gabriel Davis (Buffalo Bills): With Josh Allen’s support, Davis started off his season on a high. The wide receiver scored the first touchdown of the game. He had four receptions and ran for 88 yards. 

4) Von Miller (Buffalo Bills): Having switched his base from Los Angeles to Buffalo this year, the linebacker read the Rams’ offense pretty well. He was the center of his team’s defense. He recorded four tackles and two sacks on his debut. 

The 33-year-old sacked former teammate Matthew Stafford for an 8-yard loss.

“We’re going to make the plane do backflips on the way home tonight,” Von Miller said. “We’re going to celebrate this win, because you have to, but then we’re going to go back to the lab.”

5) Bills defense: The Los Angeles Rams were pushed into their territory. Buffalo intercepted Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford three times and sacked him six times.
