Week 7 of the 2022 NFL season was a spectacular time for wide receivers, several of whom exceeded all expectations to perform admirably in their respective games. The week began with the Arizona Cardinals beating the New Orleans Saints 42-34 on Thursday Night Football. In the following games, inspiring performances by several wide receivers helped their respective teams to churn out important results.

Ja’Marr Chase continued to impress for consecutive weeks, whereas others like Mecole Hardman and JuJu Smith-Schuster also put up commendable displays in Week 7. Let’s take a look at the top wide receivers from Week 7.

Ja’Marr Chase

The Cincinnati Bengals beat the Atlanta Falcons 35-17 in Week 7 and wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase replicated his performance from the previous game once again. The 22-year-old registered 8 receptions out of 11 targets for 130 yards, 2 receiving touchdowns and 5 first downs in the game.

Mecole Hardman

The Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 44-23 in what was also the debut game for Christian McCaffrey for the hosts. Hardman was a standout performer on the field as he finished the game with 4 receptions out of 4 targets for 32 yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 2 first downs, 2 carries for 28 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns.

Tyler Boyd

Another Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver put up a spectacular performance against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Boyd recorded 8 receptions out of 9 targets for 155 yards, 1 receiving touchdown and 6 first downs in the game.

JuJu Smith-Schuster

Yet another Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver who put up an inspiring display in the 44-23 win over the San Francisco 49ers. JuJu Smith-Schuster registered 7 receptions out of 8 targets for 124 yards, 1 receiving touchdown and 6 first downs in the game.

Marquise Goodwin

The Seattle Seahawks beat the Los Angeles Chargers 37-23 in Week 7. Goodwin was one of the best players in the game as he recorded 4 receptions out of 5 targets for 67 yards, 2 receiving touchdowns and 3 first downs in the victory.

Mike Williams

The Seahawks wide receiver was one of the best performers in his side’s victory over the Chargers. He registered 7 receptions out of 9 targets for 86 yards, 1 receiving touchdown and 5 first downs before he suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter.

Parris Campbell

The Indianapolis Colts were beaten 10-19 by the Tennessee Titans in Week 7. Campbell, however, was one of the Colts’ best performers as he finished the game with 10 receptions out of 12 targets for 70 yards, 1 receiving touchdown and 5 first downs.
