The NFL playoffs are here after a wild season, and if you enjoy rematches, you’ll undoubtedly enjoy what the NFL has in store for the wild card round.
It will only be the seventh occasion since the merger of the NFL and AFL in 1970 that all six games in the opening round will be rematched from the regular season. Prior to this year, it had occurred most recently in 2009.
Although there will be some recognizable faces this year such as Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes—there will also be three teams making their first post-season appearances in a while, including the Jaguars (2017), Giants (2016), and Dolphins (2016).
