December 6 marks the birthdays of three Indian cricketers: Ravindra Jadeja, Jasprit Bumrah and Shreyas Iyer.

While Jadeja was born on this day in 1988, Bumrah was born in 1993 and Iyer in 1994.

Boom Boom Bumrah is well known for his lethal Yorkers. With 235 international wickets to his name, he has a strike rate of slightly more than 32.

He made his debut in international cricket on January 23, 2016, at Sydney Cricket ground, where India is locking horns with Australia on Sunday.

Jadeja is known for his quick bowling sessions, fantastic fielding efforts and finishing touches with the bat.

With more than 400 international wickets and 4,497 runs in his name, he is surely one of the best all-rounders India has produced.

Shreyas Iyer, relatively a new addition in the Indian cricket team, cemented his place in the limited-overs formats after the 2019 World Cup. Iyer shined for Team India in the side’s first bilateral series between India and West Indies, after the world cup, and has since remained an integral part of ODI and T20Is.

He is the only captain to take Delhi Capitals, his team in the Indian Premier League (IPL), into the finals.

Clearly, 6th December belongs to the Indian Cricket Team.

And if that is the case, will team India be able to steel the T20i series against Australia?
