The Eagles led the Vikings 24-7 in the third quarter.

Slay was shadowing Minnesota wide receiver Justin Jefferson. He logged in his first interception of the season by undercutting the Vikings star’s route to jump a Kirk Cousins deep post attempt.

After the interception, Darius Slay, celebrating, ran to Philadelphia 76ers star shooting guard James Harden and gave him the ball.

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts put up a grand show in the Lincoln Financial Field. The 24-year-old completed 17 of his 20 passes, accounted for 251 pass yards and 50 rush yards in the first half. He also registered two rushing touchdowns and one TD pass.

Meanwhile, Vikings cornerback Patrick Peterson entertained spectators with a spectacular block to a field goal.

Peterson made a block to a 41-yard field goal attempt by the Eagles’ placekicker Jake Elliott. The Vikings soon got the ball inside the Eagles’ territory following a memorable drive. It was also Peterson’s first interception in the game.
