The Chiefs had a good start taking a 14-0 lead within 5 minutes into the second quarter. Smith-Schuster, however, had a bad day at work till the second quarter managing zero receives or yards.
Geno Smith, the Seahawks’ rookie quarterback, is playing against the Chiefs for the first in this contest. Although Smith has lost four of his last five games, Seattle has a 7-7 record this season.
In their last 5 games, the Seahawks have also failed to cover the spread. Smith is having the finest season of his career despite the slump, coming in at 8th in passing yards (3,671) and 4th in throwing touchdowns (26).
