Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee was spotted at the Raymond James Stadium for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Carolina Panthers Week 17 game on Sunday. The Buccaneers won the match 30-24 and qualified for the playoffs.

Yankee, who started out as a baseball enthusiast, with a keen desire to hit the professional level in the game, had to change his plans due to an accident. He rose to international fame through the number Gasolina, that was released in 2004.

However, his single most known and famous song happens to be Despacito (2017) that was all the rage throughout the world at the time of its release. As of January 2023, he is a recipient of two Billboard Music Awards, five Latin Grammy Awards and 14 Billboard Latin Music awards.

The match was extremely exciting with the Panthers leading 14-10 after three quarters. However the Buccaneers struck back in the final quarter with all-time great Tom Brady coming up with two extremely critical touchdowns to steer the Buccaneers to a 30-24 win.

The 45-year-old had 34 catches for 432 yards for three touchdowns. Quarterback Sam Darnold starred for the Panthers with 314 yards on 22 catches for three touchdowns and one interception but the Panthers lost in the end.

The all-NFC South encounter came at the fag end of the NFC 2022 season in the 17th week and was highly crucial for the final standings of the division. The Buccaneers won the division with a round to spare while the Panthers were eliminated from the 2022 NFL. The Panthers needed a win here and also had to win their last group encounter next week over New Orleans Saints on January 8.
