The Brazil vs South Korea match at the FIFA World Cup 2022 saw an unfortunate first half for the Asian team after Brazil netted three goals in the span of just 30 minutes. After scoring the third goal, Brazil’s striker Richarlison ran over to the touchline and danced with coach Tite and other players on the bench.

The first goal was scored on the run by Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr and the next one was scored by Neymar Jr through a penalty. After Richarlison, Lucas Paqueta scored Brazil’s fourth in the 36th minute. 

South Korea look fragile in front of the star-studded Brazil lineup trying to defend one attack after another. They barely managed to take the game up to Brazil’s penalty box in the first 45 minutes, and when they come back in the second half, they had auphill task at hand to overcome.

Brazil were even more powerful with Neymar Jr returning today after an ankle injury in the group-stage match against Serbia. After scoring the first goal in a penalty, he was in the lookout now look to score the second and overtake Pele’s record for Brazil. 

After Brazil won the game today, They are set for a match-up with Croatia in the quarter-finals. The 2018 FIFA World Cup runners-up secured a spot in the quarters after a hard-fought win earlier today against another Asian team – Japan.

Given the sharpness and clinical finishing Brazil have shown so far in the World Cup, they will certainly further cement their place as one of the favourites to win the World Cup.

However, Croatia are not to be taken likely as they also pack a punch with one of the best midfields in the tournament.
