American MMA champ Robbie Lawler in his farewell match at UFC 290 demolished fighter Niko Price with a knockout. Lawler competed inside the UFC Octagon against Niko Price at UFC 290: Volkanovski vs Rodriguez.
The event was broadcasted live on ESPN+ Pay-Per-View from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, July 8.

Lawler, a former welterweight champion, secured a victory by knockout within an impressive 38 seconds using punches. It was a memorable and swift conclusion to Lawler’s UFC career. Robbie Lawler’s professional MMA record now stands at 30 wins and 16 losses after this victory. The 41-year-old fighter, who hails from San Diego, California, had his first MMA fight in April 2001.
In a championship rematch against Johny Hendricks in December 2014, Lawler won the UFC welterweight title by split decision. He successfully defended the title twice, with a fifth-round stoppage victory over Rory MacDonald and a split-decision win against Carlos Condit. Lawler was recently inducted into the 2023 UFC Hall of Fame class as a result of his tremendous career.

Niko Price, 33 years old and from Cape Coral, Florida, experienced a setback in his fight against Robbie Lawler. With this loss, Price’s professional MMA record now stands at 15 wins and 7 losses. Additionally, this defeat marks his second consecutive loss in his recent fights.
