India opener Ruturaj Gaikwad may have performed decently on-field, however, his off-field behaviour has not gone down too well with fans. The opener denied a groundsman a selfie, a gesture that is being slammed by social media users.

The fifth and final T20I game between India and South Africa was called off due to rain at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday.

Only 3.3 overs were bowled, during which India had managed to post 28/2.

During the rain break, Gaikwad was sitting in the dugout when the groundsman approached him for a selfie. The 25-year-old cricketer denied it and asked the groundsman to maintain distance.
