When can his toxicology and autopsy report come out?

Autopsy policies vary from state to state. In general, most final autopsy reports are available 30 to 45 days after the autopsy. Complex cases may take up to 90 days.
Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner says that toxicology results can take between four to six months.
A toxicology screen refers to a variety of examinations that help identify the kind and approximate quantity of prescription and illicit medications a person has consumed.
Wilson was suspended from the NFL for the entire 1985 and 1987 seasons for violating the league’s drug policy.

As a result of his third drug offence, Wilson SrSuper .’s Bowl infraction resulted in a lifetime ban. He was sentenced to 22 years in prison in 1999 for stealing from a Beverly Hills residence.

Receiving a toxicology report makes it possible to comprehend the findings more clearly, which can help, together with other pieces of evidence, to influence how a case will turn out in the end. Results without competent interpretation can lead to erroneous interpretations of the evidence, which could lead to a potential injustice.
