Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan fumbled but managed to run out Axar Patel and give Pakistan their fourth wicket vs India at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday. The Men in Blue were reduced to 31/4. Pakistan have set India a target of 160 runs to chase in 20 overs.

Fans were left puzzled as some thought that Rizwan missed the run out chance. However, the replays showed that inspite of both Babar Azam and the keeper fumbling, Patel was run out. Despite the ball going out of Rizwan’s gloves, it did manage to hit the stumps when the keeper dislogde the bails. This was a close call made by third umpire Richard Kettleborough which went in favour of Pakistan.
