Gould is one of the best kickers in the NFL currently who in the last season, successfully kicked 20 out of the 23 field goals. He had a 100% field goal record in the year 2016 when he made 10 out of 10. His only season with a field goal percentage below 75% was in the year 2019 when he could only manage to kick 23 field goals out of 31 attempts.

Woolen is a rookie from the University of Texas who was drafted by the Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. This was just his second game in America’s most popular sport. Jackson on the other hand has a three-year of experience in the league. Just like Woolen, He too was drafted in the fifth round of the draft.

Earlier on in the game, 49ers QB Trey Lance was carted off the field after an ankle injury. Replacing him, backup Jimmy Garoppolo took the field and scored his first touchdown of the season. Garoppolo signed a one-year fully guaranteed contract to stay with the team which was worth $6.5 million. He has previously led the team to a Super Bowl appearance in 2020.
