Taysom Hill, who is New Orleans Saints’ designated tight end, lined up as a receiver against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday and caught for a touchdown in the second quarter. Quarterback Andy Dalton connected with the 32-year-old to take his side 7-3 up.

Meanwhile, minutes later Saints WR1 Chris Olave dropped his first catch of the season. By half-time, the star player had received one out of his three targets for 10 yards. Projected at 11.03 fantasy points, he had 1.50.

Taysom Hill, on the other hand, had scored 7.45. He is projected at 9.60. He had 30 receiving yards against his name. 

Watching Hill taking catches instead of Olave, fantasy managers, who played the latter, were not pleased. 

“Taysom Hill is the reason why Chris Olave will have 3 catches this game fuck that hybrid,” a social media user said.

” I’m about to lose this week. Going in up 3 points with Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave. Because my opponent played Taysom. Fucking. Hill. Like. I can’t with fantasy any more. If this is how I’m gonna keep losing? Fuck it,” another one tweeted. 

“Up 26 going into tonight with Olave, playing against Taysom Hill and Godwin. This is just a nightmare start,” a third one said on Twitter.

The New Orleans Saints went into halftime with a 10-3 lead. Quarterback Andy Dalton had 142 passing yards, one passing touchdown and 124.5 passer rating. 

Meanwhile, Tom Brady and Tampa Bay Buccaneers were booed in their home stadium during the first half.
