Tiger Woods’ girlfriend of six years Erica Herman has filed a lawsuit against the golfer claiming that he made her sign an NDA at the start of their relationship, which she says is being wrongfully enforced on her, TMZ reported. Law prohibits NBAs when there is evidence of sexual assault or harassment.
Herman’s legal filings were obtained by TMZ. She alleges that Tiger Woods made her sign the NDA in 2017, as per the website. She further adds that a private trust that he runs is attempting to steamroll her into keeping quiet about their relationship.
Her documents further add that the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act. While there is no spilt between the two publicly, it seems like they have broken up.

2017
As per Herman’s documents, she and Tiger Woods started dating around August 2017. The golfer suffered severe leg injuries during a car crash in 2021. He was hospitalised after an emergency surgery.
An insider told Us Weekly at the time that having Herman’s support “means the world” to Woods.
“She’s been so compassionate and supportive — all his friends and family have. He couldn’t have asked for more in that regard,” the source said.
2018
After Woods won his first golf tournament in five years at the 2018 Tour Championship in Atlanta, the couple piled on the PDA.
2019
Herman was by his side when he won the Masters 14 years after first donning the green jacket.
“Our relationship is fantastic,” she told Radar Online at the time. “Excellent, with no end in sight.”

“Nothing beats being with family,” the athlete captioned a family photo of Herman and his two children enjoying a “quarantine style” Masters Champions Dinner on Instagram.

Following Woods’ car accident in February 2021, a source told Us that Herman “dropped everything to be with Tiger the moment she heard what happened.”
“She’s been by his bedside, holding his hand and telling him everything’s going to be OK,” the source added. He’s a champ, and he can do it.”
