Tony Pulis, the Welsh football manager who previously managed the English football club Sheffield United, is currently working as a Premier League presenter with Amazon Prime Video. The 64-year-old was trolled on social media for calling the condition for the Chelsea vs Bournemouth Premier League game a “perfect day for football” while there is heavy rain in London

“Not one person was surprised to hear Tony Pulis describe today’s conditions at Stamford Bridge as “a perfect day for football,” the football Twitter handle FootballJOE tweeted sarcastically. 

Pulis was alongside TalkSport football presenter Laura Woods, giving his thoughts ahead of the game. Darts statistician and journalist Carl Fletcher shared a hilarious excerpt from the conversation between Woods and Pulis on Prime Video.
