American singer-songwriter Tyler Hubbard performed at the New England Patriots vs Minnesota Vikings halftime show on Thanksgiving day at the US Bank Stadium. 

Hosts Vikings and Patriots were 23-23 in the third quarter.

Hubbard, who is famous for ‘This is how we roll’ and ‘Cruise’, performed at the US Bank Stadium.

However, fans complained that NBC skipped Hubbard’s prime-time show completely. Many slammed the broadcaster on social media.

“Lol NBC what was the point of even giving the mic to Tyler Hubbard if you weren’t gonna fucking show his performance?” a Twitter user said.

“TYLER HUBBARD OF THE FLORIDA-GEORGIA LINE PLAYED HALFTIME OF THE MINNESOTA VIKINGS VS THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS AT US BANK STADIUM IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN & THEY DIDNT SHOW IT ON TELEVISION!???!?????!??!?!!” another one added. 

“WOW!! The @nfl wouldn’t let us see Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line perform. Yet we suffered through Bebe and The Jonas Brothers,” a third one said on Twitter.

In a statement to Taste of Country, Hubbard had shared the news about his Thanksgiving day performance. 

“I can’t wait to be on the field entertaining the crowd on Thanksgiving Day. What a special opportunity, and I appreciate the Vikings and the NFL for inviting me to be part of this Thanksgiving tradition. I have so much to be thankful for this year, and this performance is a great way to celebrate,” he said.

The 35-year-old is also set to release his new album Dancing’ in the Country in January 2023.

 “We’ve been releasing new music throughout this summer,” he shared. And now I’m so pumped to be sharing even more of my new project. These songs have been waiting to be heard! Though the album is coming early next year, I put together this collection of music especially for the fans, as I get ready to go on tour. I can’t wait to hear the crowd sing these songs with me as I hit the road for the first time as a solo artist,” he said about the project.
