Jill Biden, who grew up in Willow Grove, a Philadelphia suburb, is cheering on her hometown. This is not the first time she is attending a game this season. In October 2020, she made an appearance at an Eagles game against Dallas Cowboys. She attended the game in order to use her voice to raise cancer awareness along with the NFL’s and the American Cancer Society’s “Crucial Catch” initiative, which is aimed at promoting early detection and risk reduction of the disease.

“It’s a special night for this Philly girl — I get to cheer on my @Eagles alongside these brave cancer survivors and their families,” she said in a tweet at the time.

The Eagles had won the game the last time she attended their game after scoring a 26-17 win against the Cowboys.

Meanwhile, the Eagles got a big break early during Sunday’s NFC title game with Miles Sanders’ touchdown putting the team up 7-0 vs the San Francisco 49ers.
