“Kohli, Kohli,” thousands at the Melbourne Cricket Ground chanted on Sunday as the former India captain smashed Pakistan’s Shaheen Shah Afridi for 17 runs in the eighteenth over, to bring India back to the game. In the end, this proved to be crucial as India beat Pakistan by four wickets, as the match went down to the last ball of the 20th over. Virat Kohli remained not out at 82 runs from 53 balls.
