Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf got on his knees, and swung his hands wildly after dismissing India’s Suryakumar Yadav at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday. His short-of-length delivery zipped through off the pitch and hurried onto the batter, who was looking to cut. Wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan took the catch.
India were reduced to 26/3 in the sixth over.

Rauf, one of Pakistan’s most experienced players in the T20 World Cup squad, got rid of the dangerous-looking Surya for 15 runs in 10 balls. The India batter hit a boundary on his very first ball of the game and then followed it up with a four off Haris Rauf.
After dismissing Surya, Rauf was thrilled.

Earlier in the game, Haris Rauf also got rid of India captain Rohit Sharma. In the fourth over, he hit good length in the off-stump channel to induce a poke. The ball carried to Iftikhar Ahmed at slip and the Pakistan player took a low catch. A

Rauf gave 15 runs for two wickets in his first two overs on Sunday.
On the last ball of the second over, pacer Naseem Shah had bowled the other Indian opener KL Rahul. The sharp length ball kicked up and it sneaked past the bat and pad.

In the first innings, Arshdeep Singh bowled a dream first spell and Hardik Pandya displayed his true worth in the back-10 as India restricted Pakistan to a manageable 159 for eight.
If Arshdeep (3/32) removed skipper Babar Azam (0) and Mohammed Rizwan (4) in his first two overs to set the tone, Pandya (3/30) rekindled memories of his Asia Cup heroics by consistently hitting hard lengths at brisk pace, letting the pitch do the rest.
