Moroccan football star Achraf Hakimi has been accused of rape by a 23-year-old woman who alleges that he invited her to his residence while his wife, Hiba Abouk, and children were on a holiday. The alleged incident reportedly took place on February 25.
The Paris Saint-Germain star and the woman connected on Instagram. He first messaged her on January 16. He then allegedly invited him to his Spain residence on February 25 where he allegedly sexually assaulted her. The 24-year-old footballer and his kids were reportedly in Dubai when the incident took place. Investigation into the incident was ongoing.
Who is Hiba Abouk, Achraf Hakimi wife?
Hiba Abouk is a Spanish actor best known for her portrayal of Fátima in El Principe. She began acting in 2010 with the comedy series La isla de los nominados. She went on to participate in the first two seasons of the comedy series Con el culo al aire. In 2014, she appeared in the Telecinco crime drama series El Principe.
She met Achraf Hakimi in 2018 in Germany and the two featured on the cover of Vogue Arabia magazine. Their first child, Amin, was born in the same year. The couple tied the knot in 2020. They welcomed their second child in 2022.
Earlier this year, rumours of their separation started doing the rounds on the internet. These rumours were shut down by Abouk in January 2023.
“Is everything okay between you and Achraf Hakimi?” a reporter asked the actor while she was walking to her car.
“Everything is fine, there is nothing wrong, all the claims are false,” she answered.
