Justin Thomas will have to wait a little longer to find out whether he moves into the FedExCup top 70 and inside the cutoff for the playoffs because the Wyndham Championship was delayed due to weather.
The delay took place only seconds after Thomas finished with a wild final hole to shoot 2-under par for the round. “I’m kind of sore,” Thomas said afterward. “I didn’t know if it was from my second shot or falling on the ground.”

Who is Jillian Wisniewski?
In November 2022, Thomas married Jillian Wisniewski. Thomas proposed to Wisniewski in November 2021 after dating for five years. Back in March 2022, the golfer told PEOPLE that he was more than willing to let Wisniewski take the lead in wedding preparations.
“As I’ve learned from a lot of my good friends, I’m doing a great job as I’m getting out of the way, letting Jill do her thing,” he explained.

Wisniewski earned her degree from the University of Kentucky in 2015 and is claimed to divide her time between South Florida, where Thomas lives, and Chicago, where she works at an advertising agency.
Wisniewski has been there for Thomas through it all, from celebrating his maiden PGA Tour victory in 2017 to supporting him when things became tough — the golfer previously told PEOPLE he was in a “pretty bad space mentally” for a spell in 2021.

Wisniewski graduated with a B.A. in journalism from the University of Kentucky in May 2015. Despite spending a lot of time in South Florida, where Thomas lives, she currently works at the Chicago office of the advertising agency McGarryBowen, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Thomas has been clear about Wisniewski’s significance to his ongoing golfing success. He told PEOPLE in March 2022 that his future spouse is a member of a “great support system” that has helped the professional golfer get through trying times in his career.
