Michelle Grace is an American actor and producer, who in 1988 married former Major League Baseball first baseman Mark Eugene Grace. The couple split in 1993, though. In 1997, Grace married American actor and film producer Ray Liotta. Karsen Liotta is the daughter the couple shares. After seven years of marriage, they filed for divorce in 2004. Even after their divorce, the two remained close friends and collaborated on projects.

Grace was born Michelle Messer in Chicago, Illinois on December 4, 1968. She is famed for her appearance in the musical drama film ‘The Rat Pack’. She also acted in the drama film ‘A Rumor of Angels,’ directed by Peter O’Fallon. Throughout her lengthy career, she has produced a few films as well as television films. She was an executive producer on the television shows “Baseball Wives” and “Knights of the South Bronx.” In the early and mid-2000s, she produced films such as ‘Narc’ and ‘Take the Lead.’

Michelle Grace began her acting career late in life. She was cast as ‘Judy Campbell’ in the 1998 musical drama television film ‘The Rat Pack.’ Rob Cohen directed the film, which was written by Kario Salem. It was inspired by Frank Sinatra, Peter Lawford, Sammy Davis Jr., and Dean Martin’s life. Grace co-starred in the TV movie with her then-husband, Ray Liotta, who played Frank Sinatra. The other three renowned artists were played by Joe Mantegna, Don Cheadle, and Angus Macfadyen.

Grace played ‘Lillian Neubauer’ in the drama film ‘A Rumor of Angels’ in 2000. This was her second time working with her husband Liotta. Karsen Liotta, their only kid, also appeared in the film. Vanessa Redgrave, Catherine McCormack, Trevor Morgan, and Ron Livingston also appeared in the film.

Grace’s most recent performance as an actress was as ‘Sydney Coopman’ in the 2002 television film ‘Baseball Wives.’ Julie Martin and Lisa Randolph co-wrote the television film, which was directed by Steve Buscemi. Courtney Ford Baldwin, Brian Bloom, and Anthony ‘Treach’ Criss also appeared in the film.

Michelle Grace shifted her attention from acting to producing films and television shows after her performance in ‘Baseball Wives.’ In 2002, she produced the crime thriller film ‘Narc.’ The principal actors in the picture were Liotta and Jason Patric. Important roles were also played by Dan Leis, Lina Giornofelice, Chi McBride, and Karen Robinson. The plot revolves around a murder investigation that loses steam halfway through. In 2005, she co-produced the television film ‘Knights of the South Bronx.’ Ted Danson, Malcolm David Kelley, Keke Palmer, and Clifton Powell all had pivotal roles in the drama film.

‘Take the Lead,’ a musical drama, was her second project in 2006. The story revolves around a dance teacher named ‘Pierre Dulaine’ (played by Antonio Banderas) who tries to steer some troubled teenagers in the right direction through dancing training. Antonio Banderas was nominated for Best Actor at the Imagen Foundation Awards for his performance in the film.
