Tanush Kotian is an Indian cricketer, who made his List A cricket debut in this year’s Vijay Hazare Trophy. He made his first-class debut for Mumbai in Ranji Trophy 2018-19. 22-year-old Kotian is a right-handed spinner and has also played for India’s Under-19 cricket team.

In this year’s Vijay Hazare Trophy, he made his debut against Saurashtra cricket team at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi on March 9. He took one wicket in the match against Saurashtra with a good economy of five runs per over, in the six overs he bowled.
In his last match, which was against Karnataka, he came into limelight after he took two wickets and gave just 23 runs in 10 overs. His economy was outstanding and he was praised for his bowling style amongst all. In his mind-blowing spell, he took the wickets of Siddhartha and Karnataka skipper Manish Pandey.

The spin trio of Prashant Solanki, Tanush Kotian and Shams Mulani led by experienced bowler Dhawal Kulkarni have delivered more than once in this tournament and will be expected to deliver for one last time in the final against Uttar Pradesh which will be played on Sunday at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi.
