Who was Victoria Bowles?
Victoria Bowles is a former recruiting analyst for the University of Georgia Athletic Association. Victoria Bowles “suffered multiple debilitating injuries,” including fractured bones and lacerated organs in the car crash, according to the lawsuit filed by her.

Bowles is suing former UGA football player and current NFL first-round draught selection Jalen Carter and his firm, Breadman Jalen LLC, as well as the estate of LeCroy, who was operating the vehicle in which Bowles was a backseat passenger. Authorities claim that Carter was operating another SUV that was present at the scene.

In the proceedings, Bowles accuses the athletics association of carelessness for permitting LeCroy to use an SUV that the university had leased despite the fact that he had gotten multiple speeding and “super speeder” fines in the six years before the collision.

The report states that Bowles and LeCroy dropped off the recruits before continuing their victory celebrations downtown, where they met up with football players Willock and Warren McClendon at a strip club.

LeCroy was her driver, and according to the complaint, “Ms. Bowles did not want to be left downtown alone that evening,” therefore she chose to go to the club with the group.

A few miles south of the UGA campus, the car LeCroy was driving left the club going “about 104 miles per hour” before colliding with two power lines and a number of trees, according to Athens-Clarke County police.

Willock was thrown from the SUV and died there, according to the authorities. After being transferred to a hospital, LeCroy passed away. McClendon received minor injuries and was sent to the hospital.

According to the lawsuit, Bowles was in serious condition with numerous wounds, including fractures, lacerations, and head and spinal cord injuries that could end in permanent paralysis.

Bowles is requesting compensation for lost pay and future wages, with an amount to be established later, as well as medical costs totaling more than $170,000.
