Antonio Brown, American football wide receiver and rapper’s arrest warrant has been withdrawn on Tuesday after the prosecutors of Florida refused to pursue the footballer’s case.
An arrest warrant was issued on November 29 against Antonio, the chair president of Donda Sports by Tampa, Florida police.
According to the police, they issued a warrant after a woman accused him of throwing a shoe at her. Antonio and the woman had a verbal argument which later turned into a physical altercation at the footballer’s house. The woman said that Brown threw a shoe at her and even tried to lock her out of the house. This argument took place at approximately 1:30 pm on November 28.
After the follow up interview on December 16, the State Attorney’s Office informed that the woman later abjured her story in front of them.
So, the former National Football League player will not go behind the bars and is not a wanted person anymore as the prosecution has been terminated.
