When the Las Vegas Raiders acquired Davante Adams and hired Josh McDaniels as their new head coach, they didn’t anticipate such a slow start. They are practically out of the AFC West after a dismal 1-4 start.

Adams pushed a photographer to the ground as he left the field after losing. His reputation will suffer as a result, but things might get worse.

The man has reported to the police, reported TMZ.com. He claims that he was hurt and that he was afterward taken to a hospital.

“I want to apologize to the guy, there was some guy running off the field, and he ran, like jumped in front of me coming off the field and I bumped into him, kind of pushed him, and he ended up on the ground,” Adams said in his apology after the game. “So I wanted to say sorry to him for that because that was just frustration mixed with him literally just running in from of me. I shouldn’t have responded that way, but that’s how I initially responded. So, I want to apologize to him for that.”

However, an ESPN report stated that Adams is subject to punishment from the NFL. The nature of the punishment is currently unknown.

Although the police report may not end result in any legal issues, there is at least a chance that he could be required to pay a fee or perhaps be charged with assault.

But in the realm of the NFL, there is probably a very strong likelihood that the Raiders’ star will be penalised.

The Raiders are currently on their bye week, but after that, there could be a one-game suspension. Anything more than that would come out as aggressive for a minor infraction.
