Apple launched four new iPhone 12 on Tuesday during its ‘High Speed’ event.

The new iPhone has two cameras, and it features smooth, flat edges, so the phone is flush in the front and back. It’s thinner, smaller and lighter than the iPhone 11, and has double the pixels.

iPhone 12 comes in black, white, red, green and blue.

It also features an upgraded XDR display and a new, tougher screen material that Apple is calling “Ceramic Shield.” Apple says that makes its glass more durable, and it had four times better drop performance.

The smaller design and noticeably flatter edges recall earlier iPhone models like the iPhone 4.

During the event, Apple opened a metal briefcase to reveal the iPhone 12 Mini. It has the same features as the iPhone 12, including 5G, a dual camera system, and the phone-protecting ceramic shield material. But it’s smaller and lighter than the larger version, and features a 5.4 inch display.

iPhone Mini starts at $699, while iPhone 12 starts at $799.

During the event, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max were also launched. The iPhone 12 Pro starts at $999, while the Pro Max costs $1099.

The iPhone 11 will now cost $599, while the iPhone XR is $499. The budget iPhone SE is $399.

The iPhone 12 and 12 Pro will be available for pre-order on October 16 and in stores on October 23. The iPhone 12 Mini and 12 Pro Max will be available for pre-order on November 6 and in stores November 13.
