Apple’s Far Out event for the iPhone 14 series launch is finally here, taking place today, September 7, 2022, at Apple Park in Cupertino, California. With the launch, four iPhone models will be available in markets later this year. The company is also expected to announce new hardware releases and, hopefully, an entirely new piece of technology. Today’s event is noteworthy because it is Apple’s first in-person launch event since the COVID-19 pandemic.
In Apple Events, Steve Jobs established the standard for product announcements. His keynote speeches became so well-known that fans dubbed them “Steve Notes.” Apple now sends colourful invitations to press members for upcoming events, with a tagline teasing what’s to come.

These hints are frequently obvious, occasionally ambiguous, and every once in a while devoid of any discernible meaning. It’s up to us to deduce what the clues meant after the fact.
Apple’s new launch event has a ‘Far Out‘ theme, and the name suggests new upgrades to the iPhone’s hardware.
Here are noteworthy Apple taglines and their meanings
1) ‘Hint: It’s not a Mac’, 2001
While the tagline tradition began in earnest in 2005, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention one of Apple’s most famous events: the introduction of the iPod. This device, more than any other, laid the groundwork for what Apple would become. In hindsight, the slogan “Hint: It’s Not a Mac” appears to be a clear indication that the business intended to explore uncharted ground and announced the iPod.
‘1000 songs in your pocket changed everything. Here we go again’, 2005
Apple’s iPod marketing campaign included the slogan “1000 songs in your pocket.” The direct reference to the 2001 tagline suggested that a significant advancement in iPod technology was on the way. This is when Apple launched iPod nano and Motorola ROKR.

3) ‘The first 30 years were the just the beginning’, 2007
While Steve Jobs’ introduction of the iPhone was a huge game changer in the communications and computing worlds, it wasn’t a huge surprise. For years, reports and rumours about an Apple smartphone circulated. Everyone expected it to be significant and continue Apple’s trendsetting status in the industry. And this tagline exemplifies that perfectly. This is when Apple announced the iphone.
