Since electric car company Tesla made its way to market, the automakers have added little Easter Eggs here and there in its cars. The automobile manufacturers have consistently encouraged its drivers to explore the wide range of options available on its systems via these little secrets.

Elon Musk, the founder of the car company tweeted on Friday asking Tesla owners to ” try the voice command “open butthole” on your Tesla”. The tech billionaire who is known to spend a considerable amount of time on Twitter, quickly amassed nearly 42 thousand likes and nearly 3,500 retweets.

For those not in the know, the voice command opens the charging port which is situated near the rear left tail light of a Tesla vehicle. For others, it was a call back to the feature that has existed for a little over two years ago. It was first reported in April 2020 by tech news website, Gizmodo.

The video, made by Brian Unboxed shows the YouTuber hitting the right scroll wheel on the steering wheel, which activates the voice command after which he says “Open butthole.” The charging port opens after the command is complete. Brian Unboxed then goes on to give the command “Close butthole” which closes the charging port. This command function is available on all of Tesla’s cars, even on older models like the Model S and the Model 3.
