Officials on Friday cancelled an Amber Alert after a 2-year-old whom authorities believed was likely abducted was located and safe, and a suspect was sent to custody. Earlier, an Amber Alert was issued for a missing 2-year-old toddler, who is believed to be abducted. Authorities were contacted on Thursday morning after Robert William Ramirez went missing near the city of Westport, Minnesota. Pope Co Sheriff’s Office was contacted early this morning about missing child near Westport.
