After months-long
wait, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that it
will announce Class 12 results on Friday, July 30. The results will be
announced at 2pm.

CBSE will announce
the Class 12 results online
. Students will be able to check their results on
the official websites of CBSE: cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.gov.in.

Since CBSE could
not conduct its board exams this year, the board decided upon an alternative
evaluation policy.

According to the
evaluation policy decided by a 13-member panel set up by CBSE, the theory paper
evaluation formula
will have the following sections: 30% weightage will be
given to Class 10 marks, 30% weightage to Class 11 marks and 40% to Class 12
marks obtained in unit test or midterm and pre-board exams.

The results can
also be obtained on DigiLocker and even by SMS or IVRS.

Step
1: Visit CBSE’s official websites: cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in

Step
2: Click on ‘CBSE Class 10,12’ result link

Step
3: Enter log-in credentials— registration number and roll number

Step
4: Download the results and take a printout for future reference 

Students
will also be able to see their results via SMS.

Card ID> and send it to 7738299899.

Class 12 results
can also be checked via IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)
