2. Til jaggery ladoos: Til and jaggery are said to increase metabolism, so they are best suited during winter. A few micronutrients present in til also help in relieving stress and are considered to be mood elevators. 3. Vitamin C candies: The best sources of water-soluble vitamins are amla, orange, pomegranate and kiwi. When converted to candies or gummies, honey as a sugar source acts as a healthy food to spice up immunity during winter.

4. Dry nut shake: Dry nuts are a good source of healthy fats. They assist in fighting insomnia and functioning as a daily dose of protein and calcium for young people.
