written by Raghava Lawrence, ‘Laxxmi Bomb’ is an upcoming comedy horror film.
It is a remake of Tamil film ‘Kanchana’ and stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani
in pivotal roles. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the movie will not be released
theatrically and will stream worldwide on Disney+Hotstar.

‘Laxxmi Bomb’ is set
to release on November 14 on the occasion of Diwali.

Bell Bottom

A
much-anticipated release since Akshay Kumar shared a glimpse of his look from
the film in November last year, ‘Bell Bottom’ is scheduled to release on April
2, 2021. Directed by Ranjit Tewari, the film is an espionage thriller based in
the 1980s. ‘Bell Bottom’ stars Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, and
Lara Dutta.

Bachchan Pandey

Scheduled to
be released on January 22, 2021, ‘Bachchan Pandey’ is Akshay Kumar’s action
film directed by Farhad Samji, written by Nischay Kuttanda and Farhad Samji and
produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Starring Kriti Sanon and Akshay Kumar in the lead
roles, the movie was initially planned as a remake of south movie ‘Veeram’, the film
follows an original script by the writers.

Rakshabandhan

Aanand L Rai
directorial ‘Rakshabandhan’ has Akshay Kumar playing the lead role
and arrives in theatres on November 5, 2021. The film revolves around the bond
between a brother and a sister. ‘Rakshabandhan’ is also produced by Alka
Bhatia, alongside Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Films and Akshay Kumar’s Cape of
Good Films. The film is going to be a special film for the masses as it
celebrates one of the most special bonds.

Hera Pheri 3

‘Heri Pheri’ is
undoubtedly a cult-classic and is among the most popular movies of Akshay
Kumar. The first installment in the film was a remake of a film called ‘Ramji
Rao Speaking’ which was released in the year 1989. 

The Hindi
remake was made by director Priyadarshan – It starred Akshay Kumar, Paresh
Rawal, and Suniel Shetty in the main roles. The character of Baburao, played by
Paresh Rawal became popular and the dialogues are remembered even today. 

However, its
sequel ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ was not as popular as the original.
Now, the third installation in the comedy series is scheduled to be released
sometime in 2021. 

That’s not
all, the actor will also be seen playing the lead character in movies like
‘Prithviraj’, and ‘Atrangi Re’.
