Rapper Christopher Brian Bridges, known professionally as Ludacris, performed at the Minnesota Vikings vs New York Giants halftime show. Some fans were disappointed after the performance was not shown on TV. 

“Wife and friends are upset that the Ludacris halftime show is not shown on TV,” a Twitter user complained.

“Little inside scoop you won’t get on the national broadcast, Ludacris is performing at halftime,” another one added.

“Who needs Ludacris when you can listen to halftime analysts shit on the Vikings,” a third one complained.

While some social media users were impressed with the 45-year-old’s performance, several said that the rapper was not up for the job. 

“An Atlanta rapper performing during halftime of Minnesota-New York? That’s Ludacris,” a social media user said. 

“Vikings defense was almost as Ludacris as the halftime show. #SKOL,” another one tweeted.

“I’ll say this, Ludacris is emitting more energy than most halftime acts you’re gonna see. Crowd’s into it!” a third one tweeted. 

The New York Giants, riding on touchdowns by running back Saquon Barkley, wide receiver Isiah Hodgins and Daniel Bellinger, took a 17-14 lead in the first half. 

The Giants added more points to sore to 24-14 before Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins found Irv Smith Jr. for a touchdown. 

Minnesota recovered to take the score to 24-21 midway through the third quarter. 

A ‘Lets Go Giants’ chant broke at the US Bank Stadium as New York Giants dominated the Minnesota Vikings in the first two quarters of the wild-card game on Sunday. 

“There is a very, very loud “Let’s Go Giants” chant breaking out at US Bank Stadium. That’s going to get even louder if the #Giants can find a way to get a touchdown here,” a social media user tweeted.
