American-Trinidadian rapper Nicki Minaj on Friday announced a new docuseries about her life that will be premiered on HBO Max. Taking to Twitter, Minaj announced about the docuseries directed by Michael John Warren.

The rapper said, “It’s Onika Tanya Maraj, and I’m very excited to finally share with you guys that my docuseries is coming to HBO Max!” The six-episode docuseries will give an insight into the inner life of the ‘Good Form’ singer.

Minaj’s announcement came on the 10th anniversary of ‘Pink Friday’, her debut music album. “It’s going to give you guys a raw, unfiltered look at my personal life and my professional journey. And I can’t wait to share it with you,” the 37-year-old said. 

Warren, who is directing the new docuseries, has previously helmed two documentary series for Minaj that include ‘Minaj: My Time now in 2010’ and ‘Nick Minaj: My Time Again in 2015.’ The six-time Emmy nominee, Warren made his directorial debut with Jay-Z’s ‘Fade to Black.’

While sharing the video, Minaj on Instagram wrote, “This doc is next level. I can promise you that.”
