India’s leading bowler in T20I series against Australia T Natarajan’s participation in the upcoming series against England is in doubt. He is currently suffering from a knee and shoulder injury. As per the reports, the National Cricket Academy said that they were not completely ruling out the bowler but it is a race against time.

To not have Natarajan in the playing XI can be a huge blow for the team but what has been relieving is that all-rounder Hardik Pandya was seen tuning his bowling skills.

India’s spinner Varun Chakravarthy could be replaced by Rahul Chahar, as well, after the bowler failed to clear the mandatory fitness test. Rahul was already a backup option for the Test series and with Chakravarthy getting ruled out due to the test, he would be quid pro quo replacement.
