A man from Austin offered Tesla CEO Elon Musk 100 acres of land in exchange for moving Twitter‘s headquarters from California to Texas.

On Monday, Twitter accepted Musk’s offer to buy the social media platform for $44 billion, prompting Texas Governor Greg Abbott to urge the world’s richest man to relocate its headquarters to Texas.

Schwertner Farms is a farm owned by Jim Schwertner, who has made his own proposition to Musk. “Elon Musk, Move Twitter to Schwertner, TX. 38 Miles North of Austin in Williamson County, and we will give you 100 Acres for FREE,” Schwertner tweeted Tuesday.
