Legendary journalist, author and TV personality Barbara Walters died of Friday. She was 93.

“Barbara Walters passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones. She lived her life with no regrets. She was a trailblazer not only for female journalists but for all women,” Cindi Berger, Walters’ representative, said in a statement to Page Six.

Barbara Walters was married four times. However, she had only three husbands.

Robert Henry Katz

Barbara married Robert Henry Katz 

on June 20, 1955, at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. She was 26 at the time. Katz was a former Navy lieutenant and business executive. They, however, filed for divorce in 1957.

Lee Guber

Following her divorce, Barbara tied the knot with Lee Guber on December 8, 1963.

Lee Guber was born on November 20, 1920, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He was a theatrical producer and theater owner. 

The couple adopted Jacqueline Dena Guber in 1968. Their marriage, however, did not work out and they got divorced  in 1976. Their daughter was just eight years old at the time. 

Lee died on March 27, 1988, in New York City.

Merv Adelson

Barbara married Merv Adelson in 1981. Adelson was the CEO of Lorimar Television. They, however, got divorced in 1984. The couple rekindle their relationship and got married again in 1986. They, however, ended up splitting again in 1992. 

“Merv was a kind and gentle man with a great sense of humor. We stayed friends long after our marriage,” Barbara told in an interview with The New York Times.
