Jackson Mahomes, 22, the younger brother of Super Bowl-winning quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was accused of shoving a 19-year-old male waiter several times at a bar in Kansas. He was also accused of forcibly kissing the 40-year-old female owner of the establishment.
The incident happened at Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park. Jackson Mahomes is also a popular social media figure and is currently being investigated by Kansas City Police after alleged assaults of a restaurant owner and waiter last weekend, reported Kansas City Star.

Aspen Vaughn, 40, is the owner of Aspens Restaurant and Lounge. She alleged that Jackson Mahomes forcibly held her neck and kissed her twice. She said that the authorities have been reviewing surveillance footage from the evening.
Vaughn also presented a video which grounded her claims. The video showed Mahomes grabbing her neck and attempting to kiss her twice. She also believed that Mahomes was intoxicated and also his actions were unexpected and not welcomed.
The restaurant owner said that Jackson “kissed me out of nowhere” while she tried pushing him off. But ignoring her, Mahomes continued to do it two more times.

Mohomes and Vaughn were not unknown to each other before the incident. Mahomes has been a friend of Vaughn’s stepdaughter. Vaughn had also previously posted a photo of Mahomes and her stepdaughter together on Facebook. She captioned the post read Mahomes was a “good kid.”
Jackson Mahomes is also a social media celebrity popular on TikTok and Instagram. He has over a million followers on TikTok and over 247,000 on Instagram.
Brandan Davies, Mahomes’ attorney, denied the allegations. “Jackson has done nothing wrong,” he said.
“Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter,” Davies stated.
