Catholics for Catholics, a group of believers known for criticizing The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, whom they label “Godless” and “Christ-mocking,” gathered to the Dodger Stadium on Friday. Their goal was to express their opposition to the Dodgers’ decision to recognise the nonprofit organization.

In the recent update, as a forceful statement of their objection to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence being acknowledged during the evening’s events, thousands of Catholics have effectively blocked the main entrance to Dodger Stadium, located on Vin Scully Avenue.

The video of the protest surfaced on internet.

As the clip of the protest went viral, several social emdia users shared their opinions.

One user reacting to the clip tweeted, “This is good. Where were they during the pandemic when the government (ffs) prohibited mass, weddings, funerals—all sacraments? The clergy should have been shutting down the shutdowns. Never forget.”

“The politicians aren’t doing anything to help us. This is the way! Power back in the hands of the people.”, another user tweeted.

Many social media users extended their support to Catholics.

One user tweeted, “Good for them! Glad to see the Catholics standing up for something. Signed somebody raised in the Catholic Church, Catholic boarding school etc.”

“63% of the US is Christian 7% is LGBT.. together we can take our country back”, another user tweeted.
