Official details shared by Twitter user Stephen Hargis indicate police and on-site security were looking at pedestrian traffic in the Finley Stadium when they noticed a large gathering on the concourse.

The officers attempted to intervene in what appeared to be a fight. A Hamilton County Deputy used his taser in the process and the sound was mistaken for gunfire, which caused panic in the stadium.
