An Amber Alert has been issued for 12-year-old Fernanda Arias by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The girl has been listed as a kidnapped child. According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the missing girl was last seen on Monday just before 3 a.m., in the area of the 2300 block of Peach Drive in Jacksonville, Florida.

She is a White-Hispanic female, with a height of 4 feet 11 inches and weighing 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, At the time she went missing, she was seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants.

Officers responded to Beach Boulevard and Peach Drive to report of a missing child. Fernanda was last seen leaving her home in a dark-colored car which was described as a 2-door Honda with a large rear spoiler. Police said that the driver of the car may be a Hispanic man.

 The possible suspect behind the girl’s disappearance has been named as Jorge Reyes. His photo was not immediately available. His physical description is not available.
