Initially set to be held in Los Angeles, the 64th Grammy Awards reroute to Las Vegas has started to become a massive disaster dripped in casino smoke.

“People are stressed and frazzled running up and down the strip. There are multiple conferences going on, a big poker event and getting luxury cars for artists has been a disaster,” one source told Page Six.

The Recording Academy rescheduled and moved the event to Vegas’ large-spaced MGM Grand Garden Arena due to the pandemic.

The move has resulted in Sin City bustling with frenzied artists and stylists who are running around with luxuriously fragrant haute couture outfits that now smell like smoke.

“Stylists are having meltdowns because there are no expert tailors like LA, and they have to lug couture gowns and tuxedos through smoky casinos that smell bad,” a source told Page 6.

Without beating around the bush, another source stated, “no one wants to go to that gross a** town.”

Elucidating the shortage of big music label parties and limited entourages of artists, another source said, “The consensus is there’s not much going on and no one really wants to go to Vegas.”

To make matters worse, American record producer Clive Davis cancelled his annual pre-Grammy party “due to the logistical obstacles caused by the ongoing pandemic, including the unavailability of an appropriate venue.”

The 64th Grammy Awards will be hosted by comedian-host Trevor Noah on Sunday. Hollywood biggies including Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, BTS and Lil Nas X are slated to attend the star-studded event.

Meanwhile, for those in the affluent city of Los Angeles, American singer-songwriter Steven Tyler will host a Grammy watch party. Held at the Hollywood Palladium, the party will include a performance by ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer Miley Cyrus.
